Malice of The Clipse has a new book... and is not done with the rap game..

Really tho, Malice has taken a bit of time off from rap to tell his story in print. I am a big fan of the Clipse and I have already ordered the book to add to my personal collection. After reading a few interviews he has done, I am waiting anxiously on the delivery of this particular book.

I think it's great for P to be off on his own. Any blessing for my brother, I'm happy. Especially because now it's only gonna get bigger for him. And at the end of day, if I need to borrow a dollar, he can loan it. We're still doing Clipse music. It's just . . . I told him I have to write this book. He understood. I couldn't do rap right then. I let him read the book. He thought it was phenomenal. He encouraged me to move forward with it. How can I do anything less for him?
How is your life different now?
There's a lot of clarity now. I know for a fact I'm more focused. A lot of clutter is forever removed from my life. My perspective on things that I once deemed important and trivial has changed. A lot of what I tried to attain was like chasing the wind. I have a good grasp on what's important now. I was chasing all these material things, money, women . . . just looking for fulfillment. Ultimately though, my fulfillment came from my faith.

In a move not dissimilar to Lady Gaga's appointment as Creative Director at Polaroid last year, leading chip manufacturer Intel has announced world famous musician and Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.i.am as new "Director of Creative Innovation".
In an acceptance speech that was more than a little cringe-worthy, the star describes his career long admiration for Intel and a desire to look to the future. Skeptics may well put Will.i.am's appointment down to a shrewd branding campaign, but the blue-chip giants insist that the singer brings serious creative know-how to the table, particularly in the development of smart phones, tablets and laptops. Could this brand positioning herald Intel's intent to release its own product line; no longer content with playing the techy sidekick?
The announcement will no doubt have many a (unemployed) designer squirming in their seats—and perhaps considering a tactical career change. Design schools should probably also start thinking about the integration of pop music performance into the curriculum asap.

Rapper 50 Cent sent a tweet out to his 3,888,543 million followers and took credit for shutting down popular urban website, WorldstarHipHop.com.
The site went down without warning earlier today (January 24th).
Just moments ago, 50 Cent took to Twitter and took credit for the site's disruption, squashing rumors that the site was seized by Homeland Security, like several other websites in November of 2010.
"I don't know why people underestimate me. I just shut down WORLDSTAR for future advertising contact thisis50.com suckers lol," 50 Cent
In November of 2009, 50 Cent filed a lawsuit against the website, claiming his image and content was used on the website without permission.
“I have lawyers on retainers and I have to pay them so much money anyway, so we’ll go back and forth to court until (they) can’t afford a Subway sandwich,” 50 Cent said in 2009. “It’s already too late for (them).”
Reps for WorldStarHipHop.com have not responded to a request for a statement as of press time.
50 issued an ominous prediction that may come true this week.
"I predict 2 more web sites will shut down this week. Take a guess who they are. I'm sick of the hate I'm to strong," 50 Cent tweeted.

Indianapolis police are INVESTIGATING an 11-year-old girl’s claims that a classmate pulled a knife on her at school and demanded oral sex.The girl and her father told police that the incident happened on Tuesday at Brook Park Elementary School, in Lawrence Township.Police said the school’s principal found that the 11-year-old boy had a knife at school and was sent home for the day.The next day, the girl’s father told police that his daughter confided to him that the boy pulled the knife in a classroom and held it to her throat, whispering to her to perform a sex act on him.Six other students witnessed the incident and corroborated the girl’s story, police said.The girl told police that the boy also brandished the knife in her science CLASS on Monday and asked her, “Are you scared now?” in one instance and “What are you going to do about it?” in another.Police said the incidents remain UNDER INVESTIGATION and that Child Protective Services was called. Golden-Voiced Homeless Man Gets a Gig After Video Goes Viral - This is Amazing!!

Before this week, the name “Ted Williams” most likely brought to mind the phrase “Teddy Ballgame.” Now, the name has become synonymous with “Golden-voiced,” as a homeless man with that moniker has shot to stardom as a result of his breathtaking vocal chords.
Recently, Columbia Dispatch videographer Doral Chenoweth III filmed a brief interview with the Brooklyn-born Williams, who — until recently — panhandled on the corner of I-71 and Hudson Street in Cleveland.

In fact, the awestruck Williams recently appeared on CBS’s The Early Show, where he he tearfully told viewers that he’s on his way back to Brooklyn to reconnect with his 92-year-old mother. From the side of the highway to television to New York — that’s a pretty rapid and drastic progression.
But the trip back to BK isn’t the biggest opportunity that this turn of events has presented for Williams — his lightning-fast ascent to the viral video firmament has also garnered him job offers from the likes of the NFL and the Cleveland Cavaliers (and, by proxy, Quicken Loans). The Cavs also offered him a house.

JANUARY 4--Two Wisconsin men allegedly sexually assaulted a woman with a live snake, according to a felony criminal complaint.
Details of the incident emerged yesterday when the pair--both of whom have lengthy rap sheets--pleaded not guilty to the felony count during a Circuit Court appearance.
The alleged victim, 32, told cops that she had gone with a friend to Jones’s home, where she danced and consumed “intoxicants” with a small group. At one point, she said, Jones “invited her into the back bedroom to see his children’s pictures.” The woman, identified in the complaint by her initials, recalled then being “struck in the head,” and possibly passing out.
The next thing she remembered, the woman told a detective, was “Bullock…behind her sexually assaulting her” while Jones held her. Jones, she recalled, then said, “I’m going to get the snake.” Shortly afterwards, according to the complaint, the woman “felt something inside of her. She believed the snake may have bitten her because she felt a very sharp pain and then they said, ‘Pull it out.’”
In a police interview, Bullock admitted having “sexual contact” with the victim, but claimed it was consensual. Jones--who has prior sexual assault convictions and is being monitored by a GPS tracker--initially denied hosting the November party at his home. Jones, a registered sex offender, later admitted that the victim, a female friend, and another individual were at his residence, but that “there were no other black males that he knows of that had come to the apartment.”
The alleged victim told investigators that after the assault she confronted Jones and asked who the other man was. He replied, “Benjamin Franklin,” according to the complaint. The woman added that she believed that Jones had videotaped her as she danced, but that he denied doing that when she questioned him. (3 pages)

JANUARY 3--An Indiana woman last night allegedly stabbed her boyfriend with a kitchen knife after he would not allow her to view his Facebook page, according to cops.
Maurice Davenport, 22, told police that he “had gotten into a verbal altercation over a Facebook page” with Shemicka McVey, 21, his live-in girlfriend. During the altercation, Davenport suffered a laceration to his left bicep, according to an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department report.A cop noted that Davenport reported struggling with McVey over a laptop computer “because McVey was attempting to view his webpage and he was attempting to keep her from viewing it.” The police report does not indicate why Davenport sought to limit access to his Facebook page.
McVey told Officer Jason Thalheimer that she followed Davenport downstairs, where the couple continued to argue over Davenport’s Facebook page (the couple’s two-year-old child was in an upstairs bedroom). It was during this ongoing dispute, McVey said, that she accidentally slashed Davenport with a knife she had retrieved from the kitchen.
McVey said that Davenport punched her in the head during the 11 PM argument and that each combatant pushed the other. But neither Davenport, who suffered a minor wound to his arm, nor McVey was charged in connection with the domestic dispute.
